| Amanda on the left is from Alabama, she worked for a traveling fair for 5 years and is pure southern pie. Middle girl is Roslyn, she just celebrated 1 yr married to Noah, she is from Oregon and is a massage therapist that I enjoy. |

I have not seen farm animals in a long time, I felt wholesome.
Today I feel the most awake/coherent/grateful that I have in quite some time, I am seeing why the people laugh and the flowers bloom. Literally that kind of day. The past week ish I have been cleansing the sugars/processed foods from my body with vegetable and water and protein. It was slow going at first, felt like I couldn't eat anything anywhere. NOW I am so excited to create new recipes and follow alternative ones. Whole body felt sore and bruised just waking up, guess toxins were moving around and being expressed.
The light is shinning today though, that matters:) I am really jazzed off of a green shake thing I make as a treat.. Kale/cacao,coconut oil,ice,almond milk,vanilla protienRAW,almond butter sometimes. I play around all the time with adding and subtracting ingredients. What fun!
